Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from his Co-Foreman Rowan Wentworth. This solution is connected to parts both inside and outside of the home. They are then pulled together in order to straighten and stabilize the wall.

This home had an unfinished crawl space which allowed water to pool and mold to grow. The solution for the unwanted water was to install our CleanSpace® waterproofing barrier, insulate the rim joists with closed cell spray foam and seal off the crawl space. A DBS foreman and his production crew installed the products and encapsulated this crawl space.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 4 PowerBrace® i-beams in the crawlspace to provide proper support to the crawl space walls. Each i-beam has a bracket at the top that can be tightened over time in an attempt to straighten the wall back to its original position. The system is backed with a 75-year warranty against the movement, ensuring that the owner can have peace of mind.

Now that the wall has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner can relax without worry.
