This home was experiencing severe foundation issues and required support at the base of the foundation throughout the home. This pair of images shows what our Push Piers look like when they have been installed on a home. The bracket you see above ground connects the home to a steel pier which has been driven deep into the earth to provide a good base of support for the home. With Push Piers adjustments are made to ensure a proper amount of support for the home prior to backfilling the area once again. 

A homeowner in Angora, MN was concerned about the stability of their home foundation. The foundation began to settle within the soil and it was evident to the owner. In need of a solution, they reached out to DBS and had a Design Specialist come out to offer them a free, no-obligation estimate for the foundation repair. This home just outside the city of Gilbert had gone without care for some time and the current owner now wishes to restore it to its original glory of when it was their family home. Among the first steps in this process was to re-stabilize the foundation.
