Before this homeowner could move into their new home in Duluth, MN, the home had been experiencing cracked and bulging walls on the west side of their duplex, noticeable in the 'before' photo. Understanding the urgency, we scheduled our work meticulously to get our Design Specialist out as soon as possible. As seen in the 'after' photo, we effectively stabilized and secured the foundation using our PowerBrace and GeoLock Wall Anchor systems. In the bathroom window, the transformation is quite evident. Before the repair, you can see a noticeable gap that compromised the integrity of the space. Our team installed push piers to stabilize the foundation and effectively repair the cracked wall. After our intervention, that gap has been completely eliminated, showcasing the successful restoration of the window's alignment. 

We insulated the walls of this Duluth, MN crawl space using our SilverGlo® rigid board insulation. You can see the original walls lacked air sealing and insulation, which needed immediate fixing. Just as a precautionary measure, we also added drainage matting to the floor should any water enter the crawl space. This matting will direct water to and through your drain pipes.
