A homeowner in Aurora, MN reached out to DBS regarding the driveway area of their property. The concrete had started to sink towards the house, as well as crack in several places, In need of a solution, they reached out to DBS.

After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the driveway would need to have PolyLevel® installed in order to lift and level the concrete away from the home. Aside from that, the crew would also install NexusPro™ along the joints and cracks to seal it off, as shown in the final picture. These products are an ideal alternative to replacing the slab entirely.

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Henrik recommended our concrete lifting and leveling services. 

Foreman Jason Foster led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® beneath the concrete driveway in order to lift and level the sunken areas. The crew also sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro®.

Now that the driveway has been leveled and corrected, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

This concrete slab had sunken roughly 3/4". To quickly and efficiently get this slab back to level and fill the voids beneath the slab the owner of the home opted to use PolyLevel. By using our patented PolyLevel system we drilled a few small holes and injected our polyurethane foam underneath the slab where it expands into any voids and lifts the slab to where it needs to be. 

This homeowner in Iron River, WI reached out to DBS for concrete repair. Large cracks and gaps were becoming an inconvenience and needed to be filled. 

Design Specialist James Miller assisted the homeowner in a free, no-obligation estimate. After a careful inspection, a quote was provided for our PolyLevel® Foam and NexusPro® Sealant. 

DBS Installers took the lead on this project. Together, the team began by drilling small holes into the concrete and injecting the foam. This foam expands and hardens to lift the concrete back into an even position. The sealant is then used to fill the remaining crack and even out the floor. 

This homeowner can now enjoy the smooth, even floor of their home.
