A homeowner in Aurora, MN reached out to DBS regarding the driveway area of their property. The concrete had started to sink towards the house, as well as crack in several places, In need of a solution, they reached out to DBS.
After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the driveway would need to have PolyLevel® installed in order to lift and level the concrete away from the home. Aside from that, the crew would also install NexusPro™ along the joints and cracks to seal it off, as shown in the final picture. These products are an ideal alternative to replacing the slab entirely.

By using our patented PolyLevel system we drilled a few small holes and injected our polyurethane foam underneath the slab where it expands into any voids and lifts the slab to where it needs to be.

DBS Installers took the lead on this project. Together, the team began by drilling small holes into the concrete and injecting the foam. This foam expands and hardens to lift the concrete back into an even position. The sealant is then used to fill the remaining crack and even out the floor.
