Because we were so pleased with our initial DBS experience we decided to use them again for another challenging cabin project that was beyond our ability to effectively address. After removing a sidewalk along the uphill facing side of a cabin we purchased, built in 1946, we discovered what we feared. Significant wood rot of our rim joist, wall sill, and beams. We knew DBS was the reliable, quality solution and we were right! From Jake’s thorough analysis, thorough and reasonable discussion of options so we could participate in the selected solution given all the facts, to an exceptional team comprised of Trevor and Ethan, we can say we are incredibly pleased and relieved with the outcome. We are confident our cabin is ready now for the new t generations in our family, giving us great comfort not just now but for those generations to come. Trevor and Ethan went the extra mile, always exhibiting the finest in customer service and a desire to address any questions and provide valued explanations. They did a fabulous job along the repair route of leveling our structure, a very challenging outcome given the specific situations of our situation. They delivered! 10 out of 10 stars plus!

Your guys did real well and everything looks good.   I checked the temp down there when it was 4 degrees outside it was 60 degrees in the crawl space and the furnace room. And the temp upstairs. Was 70.  So it’s all working out real well.   Right now I don’t have the money for the rest of it.  But I will let you know if I ever want the rest of it done.    Thank you very much for everything and the timely manor in which it was done .  If anyone asks me I will give them, you and your company my highest rating.  A plus

The guys did a very good job. They worked their butts off in the cold.

They guys do a fabulous job, and they stay on it until the job is done. If that means they need to get here at 5:00 am in the morning or stay till 10:00 pm at night, that is what they will do to get it done.  Nate and his partner, who came here the first time, were absolutely fabulous. They did a fantastic job. They were very kind and considerate and explained everything that they were doing. The second crew that came did well too, but they had a lot of work ahead of them. They were a great bunch of guys to work with and were very thorough. If I had any questions at all, they answered them to where I could understand and didn't make me feel dumb for asking.
