I am extremely happy with DBS Residential Solutions. They encapsulated my basement by foaming the rim joist, laying down a 20 mil plastic blanket on the portion of my basement which is a crawl space and installing a commercial grade dehumidifier and drainage system. This solution remedied the dampness and musty odor which existed in my entire house. I told them I wanted to breathe the best air in the world and now I do. DBS did the job in one day and the job was scheduled and completed in less than three weeks. Their crew worked hard, fast and explained everything in great detail.

Rich was very helpful answering our questions, providing a model for the work with pricing & flexibility as we walked thru what work we wanted to have done. Also the crew doing the work were professional & hardworking. They welcomed my husbands input as he worked with them during the installation. Rich stopped by the first day of work too & you could tell there is a very good working relationship between the crew & sales office.
