We were hearing scratching and scampering sounds upstairs at sunrise and sundown and thought we had a squirrel problem. The wildlife technicians, Stephon and Ron, were very knowledgeable and efficient. They got the job done by identifying the potential entry point on the roof, installing a one-way trap so squirrels could exit but not renter. They followed up diligently for three weeks, and sealed up all potential entry points to prevent future incursions. Thanks!
