The technician came out the next day after we called. Tom inspected the property and determined we had termites. He took care of the area immediately and then set up an appointment to have the whole house treated. He was very thorough and explained everything. A week later Dave came out and he treated the house and also did a thorough job and explained everything. Both techs were very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. Will definitely use Cowley's again and recommended them as well
