She was professional and clear in explaining the process. Will arrived promptly on consecutive days, even making time the second day to make sure he got the job done. He got the job done quickly and appeased all apprehension of the problem by making sure the process was explained step by step. I would recommend Cowley's to anyone with pest control needs.
