Coughin Management Company Inc. manages over a 1000 units in New Jersey and through the years has contracted with various exterminating companies. In the last 3 years, we have hired Cowley's Exterminating Co. to do monthly apartment extermination in our three buildings. The reason we hired them is because of their expertise, honesty and the fact that all of our problems are solved promptly and professionally. They have aided us in cockroach infested situations, severe bat problems, spider and bee hive situations and have accomplished extermination in accordance with all regulations. They promptly advise us step by step what the procedures are before performing their services. Prior to hiring Cowley's, we dealt with several different exterminators, none of which performed the quality work that we now experience.
