This crawlspace was in rough shape. It took a lot of work to get it back into tip top condition. As you can see, we achieved that goal with this beauty.

We recently completed a project in Easton, Pa where the customer wanted to seal out the moisture, reduce dusts and make the house more comfortable. We then sealed the foundation with 2" of closed cell insulation to accomplish ALL of these things with one solution! Now the house is more comfortable and efficient!

Can lights are very leaky and inefficient. A great way to save money on heating is to seal can lights with our patented TiteShell recessed can light covers. The TiteShell can light covers are a fire retardant way to protect your lights from the insulation being blown over top while completely sealing them from air leakages.

The giant crawlspace was defiantly a challenge, but our guys took it on and it came out beautifully. The homeowners were experiencing musty odors and even mold growth in the home above. They knew they had to do something in order to stop it from progressing. In order to accomplish this we installed our patented CleanSpace 20 mil vapor barrier, and drainage matting as well as applying 2 inches of closed cell insulation to the foundation walls to seal them and eliminate moisture. We also installed a custom made steel entry door specifically sized to fit this crawlspace access. The result is a cleaner, dryer, more comfortable and much more efficient home!
