The Dr. Energy Saver team recently completed the installation of a CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation system near Milford, Pa. The homeowner had been suffering the effects of a damp and dirty crawlspace; high heating bills, odd smells and general lack of comfort. We installed our patented drainage matting to allow for proper drainage, a CleanSpace 20mil vapor barrier (backed by a 25 year warranty) to block out the earths moisture, and 2 inches of closed cell insulation to seal the foundation walls, blocking out moisture and eliminating outside air infiltration. We finished by sealing the entrance with the EverLast crawlspace entry door. Now this home is much more comfortable and efficient.
