At Fortenberry Roofing, we take immense pride in ensuring homeowner satisfaction. Recently, Maggie from New Home, Texas reached out to us when strong winds dislodged some shingles from her roof. Our dedicated team sprang into action. Foreman Miguel swiftly assessed the situation and ordered Tamko Heritage Rustic Black shingles to seamlessly match the existing ones.

A New Home, Texas customer contacted Fortenberry Roofing to request an inspection of their home due to leaks around the smoke detector and the bathroom light fixture fan. Dexter, our lead salesman, scheduled a meeting with the homeowner. During the visit, Dexter provided a free quote and a detailed proposal. He explained that the repairs would involve replacing the damaged shingles on the front slope and applying caulking to the boots around the vents on the metal roof. 

The homeowner agreed to the proposed repairs and wanted to start as soon as possible. Dexter coordinated with or service department to schedule the earliest available appointment. Leo V., our lead technician, met with the homeowner and assured her that he would handle the repairs efficiently. Leo replaced up to two bundles of shingles that had blown loose and refreshed the sealant around the vent pipes and valley flashing. 

Upon completion, Leo reviewed the work with the homeowner, who was extremely pleased with the results. 

The homeowner contacted Fortenberry Roofing to assist with some damages due to substantial rain. Fortenberry Roofing determined that the damages to the roof would require a new roof to be installed. Mr. Langford chose to have high-quality IKO Dynasty Shingles installed. The Shingle installed will give Gary a piece of mind he will have a shock absorbent and wind and water damage resistance Roof. Fortenberry Roofing received a request from valued customer Donna G. for a free quote on her rental property. Sales manager Robbie D. promptly conducted an inspection and determined that a new roof was necessary due to various issues. The Fortenberry Roofing Crew efficiently began the re-roofing process by removing old shingles and addressing rotting decking. Crew member Jesse M. Identified the need to replace the water heater vent with a double wall vent for improved safety. The team replaced all decking, added GAF Storm Guard leak barrier ice and water protection, and installed Velora one Klaus Roofing System underlayment for enhanced durability. The final step involved placing IKO dynasty shingles in Shadow Brown color on the roof.

And getting started was a major priority for Fortenberry Roofing Crew lead Jesse M., Robbie and Jesse put a game plan in place to remove the Shingles and repair any damages to the roof.  Starting the day out with crew members placing the Catch- All- System to protect the homeowner beautiful flowers. As the morning started the crew was preparing to start to get the job started removing all ventilation and preparing to place the Velora One underlayment and the Klaus Roofing Slealoron XT ice and water. While other crew members were replacing the metal drip edge and the Valley metal flashing.  Fortenberry Roofing crew was halfway through the day and was ready to start putting the first set of shingles down and get the roof done in a fashionable manner.
