Receiving a call from Mr. Newman in Lubbock, Texas, we promptly dispatched our project  Manager to inspect the storm collar on his vent. Mr. Newman suspected that water was leaking into his home due to an improper installation. After a thorough assessment, Miguel confirmed the issue and provided a free quote for the necessary repair. Miguel  corrected the installation, ensuring a watertight seal by applying waterproof sealant. As a final touch, he spray painted the vent pipe, leaving it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Additionally, sealant needed to be applied to several loose shingles near the low-profile vent, as well as to visibly loose shingles on the west slope of the roof.
