In response to the inquiry about ThermalTec-Drying Co.: We have never done business with a more professional, efficient and reasonably priced enterprise. We had a serious insulation failure caused by the indifference or incompetence of another company, and ThermalTec fixed the problem. The price was excellent, workers appeared when they said they would, they worked quickly and did an excellent job. The general manager, Steve Tetreault, returned to check on the work at least twice.

Tony was phenomenal is his response. I didn’t call him a lot, when I called or emailed he responded quickly. I can’t say enough about him, he made the whole experience smooth. I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me solve my problem and not just make a sale. The guys that came out were helpful- no fooling around on the job. They shared information with me and answered questions.   You adjusted the estimate when you realized a piece of equipment wasn’t needed. That means a lot because I’ve dealt with a lot of companies that weren’t focused on saving me money. You didn’t try to keep the price up.   You guys were genuinely open and honest. 

Our yearly service check was performed by Alex Beacham. Alex could not have been more professional throughout his visit. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood all of the inspection details. I was quite impressed with Alex and would like to request him to do my check-up next year. Many thanks.

The crew of Bassam and Benji just finished. They were some of the best workers I have ever had at the house to do something. They were extremely nice and very informative. They worked under tough conditions with the rain and did an outstanding job. They let me look in the crawlspace before they left and it was like a different house. I didn't crawl around in there, but from what I could see their attention to detail was fantastic.

I really appreciate Mike's annual service yesterday at my home. He found my humidifier not to be working and replaced it with a new one that has a 5-year warranty. The old one was put in 3-4 years ago from a "bad batch" (by serial number). I most appreciate his honesty. Another company might not have been so forthcoming and waited until I called and said the hygrometer numbers were high. THANK YOU, MIKE! I'm very appreciative!
