I just wanted to take a minute to thank you all for the recent service of our dehumidifier. The technician, Alex, did a fantastic job! He communicated well, he was very courteous and respectful of our home. He was also very thorough with our annual maintenance. He left us detailed notes of everything he did and everything we needed to do to ensure our equipment performed as intended. The sales process for encapsulating our crawl space was easy and very informative. The installation process and quality of work were top-shelf! I don't know their names but I have 2 guys at my house right now doing spray foam insulation. They are doing a fantastic job. They seem professional, experienced, and just down right nice human beings. I couldn't be happier.
