This single-family home in Willimantic was in need of a roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing material and installed a new plywood deck over the existing structural framing of the roof. In accordance with the new building code requirements, we taped all roof joints with self-adhering flashing tape. We then installed a synthetic underlayment to all areas of the roof that does not have an ice & water barrier. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. 

This ranch-style home in Mansfield Center, CT was in desperate need for a new roof. To start the process, we tore off the existing roofing materials, including 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We sealed all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape, in accordance with new building requirements. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray.
