This small, one-family residential home in North Windham was due for a roof replacement. We started this job by tearing away one layer of pre-existing asphalt roofing and disposing of it properly. We then inspected the roof deck, where we found and replaced 2 damaged sheets of plywood roof decking. Two rows of Ice & Water Barrier were installed followed up by a layer of Synthetic Underlayment in order to repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Super White colorway. To finish off this project, we installed a ridge vent to maintain attic ventilation as well as replacing the chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home is complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This roof replacement in Chaplin was unique because the owners used what is called a 203K loan. A 203K is a home improvement loan that was used to replace the roof along with several other projects. Klaus Larsen Roofing is registered to handle 203K loans and even offers financing. 

This house in Chaplin needed a ridge vent and a new roofing system for the gabled roof (on the right). The Dutch colonial roof was in better shape and only needed the upper roof, chimney flashing, and vent boot replaced. All of this was done in the Winter and the shingles are in excellent condition. This home in Waterford, Connecticut was in need of a roof & skylight installation. After tearing off and disposing of one layer of asphalt roofing, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 brand new Velux C04 Fresh Air Deck Mount VS Skylights. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot & replaced it with a brand new Perma-Boot.
