This single-family home was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced five sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we were sure to tape and seal all joints on the roof deck with self-adhering flashing tape. We then installed two rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed one Velus FS Skylight, and one Lam E3 FS Mounted Skylight. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now safe and secured thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The roof on this modular home in Montville, CT still appeared sound aesthetically, but had been experiencing some ongoing leakage. This one car garage in North Windham, CT was in need of a roof replacement and we did just that. We began by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and disposing of them properly.
