Design Specialist James Miller went out to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the owners. After a thorough inspection, James recommended a solution offered by DBS called helical piers.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project. With the help of a crew, together they installed the helical piers. The piers are installed by driving each one into the ground beneath the foundation and are designed to permanently stabilize the foundations.

These earth anchors are attached by a steel pole to a steel plate located inside of the home. Once attached, the system can be adjusted to pull the wall back to its original position.
