This customer from West Islip, NY was having comfort issues in their home. After assessing their house, it was determined that they need new insulation in their attic. Triple H cleaned out the attic space, air sealed the floors so there were no air leaks. This is very important because insulation doesn’t seal air leaks, so it’s important to seal all the leaks before you add your new insulation. Triple H then blew in 12” of Cellulose to reach its optimum R-value. With both being done, this home should be warmer and more comfortable year-round.
To help this customer in West Islip, NY experience a more comfortable home all year long, Triple H insulated this attic space with 14" of blown in cellulose insulation and air sealed all air leaks in the attic to prevent drafts. The home now stays cool in summer and warm in the winter.

They encapsulated the crawlspace by using SilverGlo insulation on the walls, and GoldSeal encapsulation on the dirt floor. The homeowner will now be comfortable in their home, and it will be energy efficient.
